Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At WellHaus Aesthetics, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens, and we always do our best to accommodate schedule changes with as much notice as possible.
To be respectful of Krysten's time and other clients who may be waiting for appointments, the following cancellation policy is in place:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee for the first three occurrences.
- After the third cancellation within 24 hours, 100% of the appointment fee will be retained.
- No-shows without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and are subject to the same policy.
